*Steps* :
# Create Purchase Basis Contract for 2,000 BU.
# Create Load in Ticket for open Storage for the same entity and item say for 1000.00 BU.
# Distribute the ticket.
# Create Settlement - settle the ticket against the created contract.
# Partially price the contract - priced the 1000 BU.
*Issue* :
No voucher was created.
*Acceptance* :
Settling Storage against partially priced basis contract should create voucher.
