[HDTN-235143 - STR-2310 Posted, but no voucher was created. Cannot unsettle storage|https://helpdesk.irely.com/iRelyi21live//#/HD/Ticket/?ticket=HDTN-235143]
*Steps:*
1. Create Ticket with Delivery Sheet ( Delivery Sheet 1018-19029) > Distribute Ticket > Post Delivery Sheet
2. Create Priced Contract with Other Charge that has rate (46) that is higher than the price of the contract sequence
3. Settle Storage against priced contract > Post > Voucher is not created
4. Open the posted settled storage (STR-2310) and click unpost
Initially, the voucher was not created when the storage was settled. Contract is fully priced.
*Issue:*
Unable to Unpost, following message:

*Acceptance:*
Should not be able to post settle storage since charge in contract is higher than the cost which will have a negative value on voucher
