Steps:
1. Create purchase price contract.
2. Distribute Load In ticket to open storage.
3. Settle against contract and spot and post.
4. Go to Settled Storage tab
5. Verify the Cash Price column
Issue:
Detail record for spot is showing 0.00
Acceptance:
Detail record should reflect the actual cash price
Header record should reflect the summation of detail's cash value / total quantity
