Licensed - All - will show Licensed and Non-Licensed grain.
Licensed - Licensed - will only show licensed grain.
Licensed - Non-Licensed - will exclude licensed grain.

From the screen shot above:
Balance: Is the storage balance from the As of Date. If the As of Date is 3/1/19, this would be the ending balance of storage on 2/30/19.
Issued: Any Inbound scale tickets applied to storage after the As of Date until the present. The Delivery Date of the scale tickets will be used to determine when the transaction occured. Delivery Sheets Posted or Unposted do not factor in whether the scale ticket is included or not.
Cancelled: Any reduction in Storage. Settled storage would use the Settle Date, Transfer Storage would use the created date of the tranfer ticket. Enter grades on delivery sheets that would include Shrink, the shrink date would be the last ticket delivery date.
