Steps:
1. From Ticket Management > Storage, select record and open.
2. Click on Fees Due field.
3. Click Close button
Issue:
Confirmation to save warning message prompts even without changes made.
Acceptance:
Confirmation to save warning message should not prompt and just close the screen

On the maintain storage screen, the Fees Due field is blank when you first open it. If you click into the field and then click another field, the data displays. When you close the screen, you are prompted to Save. If you Save and then re-open the screen the Fees Due field is filled in.
