Bill Storage screen does not display records

Description Steps:   1. From Ticket Management > Storage   2. From Storage tab, click Bill Storage button   Issue:   No records shown on the grid   !pastedImage_d121369_0.png|height=667,width=1739!   Acceptance:   Should list down customer storage records where storage due amount is not equal to 0
