[Transfer Storage] - Remove/Unlock Transfer Storage Records

Description This issue relates to i21 Help Desk ticket. Click the link below to go to Help Desk ticket.   [HDTN-231788 - System Error in the middle of a Storage Transfer|https://helpdesk.irely.com/iRelyi21live//#/HD/Ticket/?ticket=HDTN-231788] After attempting to put a second row on the New Customer Storages/s section of a Transfer Storage ticket an Internal Server Error occured. After clearing the cache, several transfer storage records were created but you can not Unpost any of them. Error occurs (see below).   It seems the storage units were not transfered if you look at the storage records. If you try to transfer the storage again, an Internal Server Error message is displayed.
