Issue: The Location in Settle Storage is no longer required when creating a transaction so the user can settle storages with different locations thus having issues in the GL account id being used for the GL entries. Right now, it uses the Contract location.
Acceptance: If the location was not selected in the settlement, the GL account ids to be used should be based on the storage location of each storage. Contract location should be disregarded.
