When a Portal user logs into i21, the Production Summary report is available to run for any Vendor.

# On the Production Summary screen, default the Entity to who the Portal user has access to and make the field read only.
# Disable the Run Bill Storage and Run Bill Discount checkboxes so that the Portal User can not select them.
