On the Storage by Discount Factor report, the report currently displays the data by year which is unneeded. Additional filters needed are commodity and all discount factors. The filters currently available for discount is Dockage and Test Weight. The report lists the other discounts and commodities.
+Acceptance+:
# Remove the year formatting in the report as well as the filter option.
# Add Commodity to the filters
# Add all Discounts codes to the filters.
