See screen shot below Should not have the red highlighted lines, this is causing the Dry tonnes to be doubled
Also the discount should only appear on loads with a moisture higher than 15.1

1. Thestart date is being pulled from the effective date of the Storage schedule
2. The date the storage charges start is 01/01/2019
3. There are no storage charges from 9/1/2018 - 12/31/2018

Also the Drying Discount code column is not needed
