On the Settle Storage screen, the Storage Charges is not re-calculating accrued storage charges when the Adjust Date option is used. Also there is not a way to set the Storage Due to a specific amount without entering a Adjustment Per Unit.
+Steps+:
Enter Scale ticket and Distribute it to storage
Run the Accrue storage function so that a dollar amount is created for Storage Unpaid.
Settle the storage ticket but remove any Storage Due.

+Acceptance+:
# Add ability to remove any Storage Due
# If the Storage Adjustment is set to Adjust Date, re-calc the entire quantity including any Storage Unpaid.
