When the Per Unit Due is less than 1 cent the screen displays zero
the Screen also rounds to the nearest cent which is also missleading
Increase the decimal positions to 6 positions (Insurance Rate, Storage Due, Fees Due, Discounts Due)
Also validate the decimals displayed for Original & Opening Balances match the delivery Sgheet & Scale ticket didplay
