New distribution type of "Load"
Distribution program and scale have to understand load as a type, which is only set if load is selected.
if distribution type is changed from load, then we must pop a message asking "Load is used, remove the current load and contract from this ticket?" yes/no.
Hold is the only other valid type which means save existing settings as possible distrubution later.
