add sub-location to scale crud...
change bin to use confirmed entered storage locations. This will require that we change the bin to the storage location key in the data base.
on transfer out only, ask for "from sub-location: first then 2nd ask for transfer to location. all other ticket types, ask for processing (or from location on xfer) first then ask for processing sub-location.
When no sub-location exist, then this field should hide (can't be selected) and same for storage location.
Need to interface to invoices and receipts with this passing sub-location and storage location and ensure inventory is working. May require new stores from inventory team but probably not.
