When Settling of a storage ticket, the quantity is being tripled and the discounts are doubled.
Work around: Unpost the Voucher and remove the extra lines.
Looking at the code changes, GRN-1055 caused the issue.
Was able to duplicate the issue with a copy (build later than 9/28/18) of Court's database.
+Steps+:
Settle storage ticket to Spot. Made sure the storage ticket has a discount.
Review Voucher.
