1. Create Ticket.

2. Transfer to Grain bank.

Issue: new record is showing as Posted and could not add a line item in Action grid

Acceptance Criteria: Should be not show as Posted since this is a new Transfer STorage transaction. Also, clicking Insert in Action grid should show a new line item copied from Items to Move grid.
