New field added below allowance days sets whether they wil set the rate up in the sequences as either a daily (default) or Monthly. EG: if I enter .30, then my rate per day on a 30 day month is .01.
Below currency on the right hand side 2 new fields will appear and only be used when the storage rate type is monthly.
first month and last month options will be added and are drop lists for either Number of Days or Full Month.
If Storage Rate is Daily, these 2 fields are disabled and set to Number of Days. If Storage Rate is Monthly, they are enabled and both set to default as full month.
