This jira is only to allow us to complete the futures market "electronic pricing" tab and allowing it to call out and get a sample price, build the market symbol (show it on the electronic pricing tab) and return the value to this tab and display open/close/high/low
call to electronic pricing program should be futuremarketid record key, date and user id key.
market record will give us the symbol prefex, quote symbol, exchange (optional)
date, will be used to determine, eg: 06 will convert to M but if not use it would convert to next checked month (per test U)
User id information gives sign in info.
