Allow for type X tickets in and out.
No commodity price associated wtih this though may produce freight.
I do not think we need to use inventory, invoicing or receipts for this.
Users should be able to match the 2 transfer tickets.
xfer out (first) will create a special storage type of itx (in transit transfer)
xfer in process (second) will have to distrubute against the original ticket to match.
NOTE: a new grain option panel entry will be made to determine how to apply units. Origin, Destination or Actual. Origin means both locations will be updated on the orignating locations units. Destination means both will be based on the receiving location, note this will force adjustments +/- for the difference to the original ticket location. Actual means both locations will subtract and add units to the location based on the ticket weights they have. The first 2 means consolidated position will never change from a transfer but the last option could change the consolidated position.
Once both the out and in are done, then the storage is set to 0 and inventory is updated based on the above flag value to descrease the out and increase the in location.
We will need to notify risk that this new strage type exists and is not part of customer storage but is intransit company owned storage. while in transit it does impact the in house but only as math does by reports or screens/reports not the physcial inventory. This allows the final matching to not have to do adjustments.
Also, a transfer out can be voided (maybe changed) until it has a matched in transfer. Changes woudl have to update by history updates to that storage record.
