split and distribution go hand in hand.
part 1 is to start a ticket with any pre-defined split. this is true for in and outbound both.
These options set the options by the selection but then the finality is going to basically allow for ending auto through manual distribution.
Normal split/distribution options would include things like contract, spot and storage types.
A split could define percentages of the units to be split among customers or even distribution options. EG: 50/50 split from farmer1 and farmer 2 both to contract. Or 50/50 split of farmer1 only but to contract and open storage.
So each distribution line is effectively a split and that line will define the customer, the percentage of units and distribution type. For contracts, that line may be used to define the contract number-seq that is being used. So if multiple contracts are needed they would each show as a different line in the distribution split list.
