On the zero price ticket screen after you select a ticket to price, the futues and basis fields are greyed out.
+Steps+:
Create a Spot Load in Ticket, do not enter a price.
Distribute
Open Zero Priced Ticket screen.
Enter parameters and Add tickets.
Select the ticket.
Should be able to enter Future and Basis.
