When you click the Print button on the Storage Stement build screen the print form is created. If you don't print the statement then it should not be created.
+Acceptance+:
# Add validation that the storage statement printed not just the print button. Similar how checks are printed from AP.
# When you click on an existing storage statement, the statement run screen should display the settings that created that statment.
1. The Corn statements were physically not printed.
