When transfering to a DP contract and if a DP contract is not selected, create the DP contract automatically.
User will select in the Action section, the Entity, Units or Percent, Storage Type and Storage Schedule. If the Storage Type is a type that has the DP checkbox in the setup, then a contract is required. The DP contract should be created with the selected Entity and apply the transfered units to the contract.
