The printed storage statement does not line up on the preprinted form. Make the following changes:
# Suppress the printing of the receipt number. This number is on the preprinted form.
# Print only storage ticket that have a balance. Zero balance ticket should not be printed.
# Move down the main section approx 4 lines. Addresses also need to move down.
# Move down the issue date and increase the font size
# Move the licence number down four line and two spaces to the right
# Remove the frame around the total quantity, termination date and charges.
# Change the Charges field to print "Start (Effective Date), $(rate) per (Unit Measure) per (rate converted to a monthly rate).
# Rename menu from Storage Statement to Canadian Storage Receipt
