*STEPS:*
1. Create Scale Ticket where Distribution Type is 'DP'.
2. Distribute Ticket
It will create Storage record
3. From Ticket Management > Storage, click Settle button
4. Select Entity, Location and Item
5. Enter Units and Futures & Basis price
6. Click Post button

Should be able to post the Settle Storage to create Voucher transaction.
