Discount calculation doesn't work for Percentage setup in discount code
Steps to replicate:
1. Go to Ticket management -> Discount -> Discount Schedule
2. Open any available discount schedule
3. Open a existing discount code or create new
4. Make sure you use Percentage as Discount Charge type
5. Save the record after entering all the reading range details and discount values
6. Create a scale ticket without value in Basis and Future Price and use Same discount Schedule
Issue: Application is not calculating the discount per unit when value is not present in Future and basis field
Acceptance: Application should put the Discount per code as it would do for Discount Charge type as Dollar
