Steps:
1. General Ledger > Maintenance > Fiscal Year
2. Select existing Fiscal Year e.g 2022
3. Click Open Selected button
4. Select Income summary. Then remove selected account id
5. Click outside the Fiscal Year screen. Observe the Income summary field
6. Income Summary will return.
7. Repeat steps #4 and #5. Observe the Income summary field
8. Click Save button.
Issue: User unable to update GL Account in Income Summary field.
