Description *This issue relates to i21 Help Desk ticket:* [ HDTN-267865 - Bank Name should not have to be Unique|https://helpdesk.irely.com/iRelyi21live/#/HD/Ticket/?ticket=HDTN-267865]   *STEPS:*   Follow this test case: [JJT-T12|http://jira.irelyserver.com/secure/Tests.jspa#/testCase/JJT-T12]   *ISSUE:*   When creating a new bank in Cash Management, which we do a lot, because we send ACH payments, the system requires the Bank name to be Unique, even though the system fills in the name when you put in the routing number. Banks can have multiple routing numbers, so this should not be required to be unique. We have a workaround: just adding an additional character to the bank name, but then the name is not actually correct. This should be fixed in a future update.   It is quite common for larger banks to have multiple routing numbers.     *ACCEPTANCE:*   Should accept duplicate Bank Name
