# {color:#333333}I{color}f an account is used on any transaction tables (e.g. tblGLDetail, tblARInvoiceDetail, etc.), the account should not be deleted or moved.
## If cash account, check if it is being used on a bank account regardless if there are transaction on that bank. In such scenario, do not allow move or delete.
# If an account is not used on any transaction tables but has entries on master GL (tblGLDetail), This message should prompt: " *{color:#000000}Account ID has existing historical entries. Do you want to continue?"{color}* {color:#000000}, with Yes or No button.{color}
## There is no need to move or delete the historical entries. More or less, those were unposted entries for deleted transaction - which can be purged in future.
