*This issue relates to i21 Help Desk ticket:* [ HDTN-263585 - Ithaca - problem with importing from CSV|https://helpdesk.irely.com/iRelyi21live/#/HD/Ticket/?ticket=HDTN-263585]
*Steps:*
1. Go to Import GL from CSV in General Ledger screen
2. Import the attached file
3. Open the GJ records that are imbalance
*Issue:*
{color:#323232}Imported GJs from CSV . 4 did not post and the message was "out of balance". Unable to open to edit or delete them. {color}
Attached is the imported CSV File: Customer states
The problems with the file are
Line 16 should be a "C"
Line 36 should be 1831.86
Line 49 is 136465.57 but prints as .60 which is the only thing I found wrong
Lines 57 - 62 not sure if anything is wrong but it didn't umport

*Acceptance:*
* Should not encounter the error "Failed to load the data. Do you want to reload?" upon opening the GJ records that are imbalance.
* User should be able to open the GJ records with out of balance error upon import
