*ISSUE:*
I. This scenarios should NOT happen.
1. screen will ask "{color:#ce9178}Would you like to cascade the date and allow selection of a different date?" {color}
a. select a transaction with date not equal to current
b. duplicate
2. opening 2 transaction with different date would also ask "{color:#ce9178}Would you like to cascade the date and allow selection of a different date?" {color}
a. click the page navigation between transaction without editing
3. Item # 2 also ask "Do you want to save your changes?"
a. click the page navigation between transaction without editing
II. Changing the Post Date will NOT prompt "{color:#ce9178}Would you like to cascade the date and allow selection of a different date?" {color}
