BDEP-10573 appears to have been posted twice. Audit trail of BDEP shows posted twice.

Able to post BDEP multiple times.

*Steps:*
# Open Multiple i21 on different Google chrome
# Go to CM> Bank deposit and open the same BDEP
# click post on the 1st i21 then click post on the 2nd
*Accepted:*
If the same transaction is open at the same time, Screen should lock
