*Reproduction Steps:*
1. Run FRD - System Account Daily Audit and check the undeposited fund account balance.

2. Check if there is any unposted bank deposits - it's not there.

3. Now open New - Undeposited Payments and check the total balance.

*Issue:*
1. FRD Report Undeposited fund GL balance is not matching with Undeposited fund total balance.
2. Undeposited Fund Report shows inaccurate Report balance and not showing any GL balance.

*Exepcted Result:*
1. Undeposited Fund account should be balanced - need data fix.
2. Need to find root cause and have program fix.
3. Undeposited Fund report should show correct Report and GL balance.
