Problem
# Users update backdated transactions and close the fiscal month.
# Inventory rebuild skips these as the month is closed.
# Rebuild is required to reorganize the cost buckets after a backdate transaction is created or updated.
Solution -
# When the user closes the Inventory fiscal month manually, check if there are cost buckets/transactions out of sequence.
# Prompt a message to rebuild inventory.
# Show at least one transaction that is out of sequence and requires rebuild in the message.
