Description This issue relates to i21 Help Desk ticket. Send a test email in system manager > company config.   2. Search for entity BT1 from purchasing > vendors.   3. Change the contact's email address to your personal email add and save.   4. Email remittance advice from purchasing > process payments.   + *Issue:* +   Failed to send.   I'm able to send test emails multiple times through company config. Could only replicate the issue with the client's environment. Email remittance sending works in QC environment and other clients. I even tried using our own setup on the client's environment but the result didn't change. The customer just had an upgrade to the latest blocker release but didn't help either. See comment.
