Customer was updated to 19.1 this past month.
They are using Inventory in i21, and also using Store in Origin.
Origin Store keeps a separate inventory, and the valuation is done at the end of month, which creates G/L Entries to be imported into the i21 G/L.
Issue is that when she tries to import her Store Inventory Close G/L Entries, it is failing due to an Inventory/GL mismatch.
The G/L Accounts are set to Category Inventory, and there ARE G/L Entries that originiated from i21 Inventory in them. (appears to be mostly Inventory Transfers, but I did not go through each account)
Can we open these accounts/set the Account Category to General, to allow import? Will this cause other issues?
STEPS TO REPRODUCE
Go to General Ledger > Import from Subledger
Select Year 2020 Period 02
Will get error Inventory and GL mismatch or GJ-59801, Discrepancy of 2800 is found for Imported Journal
(note - first line of Imported Journal is for 28.00. There are additional Lines that I believe would cause Issue)
