When entering a voucher manually, the system makes the ship from field the check override location that they have set up, which it should. When the vouchers are imported, it defaults to the MAIN location. So the manual creation and import of vouchers are not acting the same. The customer sent 2 test scenarios which I have attached.
In the import file - these all can be controlled
