Description This issue relates to i21 Help Desk ticket. Click the link below to go to Help Desk ticket.   [HDTN-223606 - report set up for me?|https://helpdesk.irely.com/iRelyi21live//#/HD/Ticket/?ticket=HDTN-223606] When trying to create a report in Excel through GL Account Detail, it gets stuck on loading and never finishes, but only for account 5110-2001.
