*Step to reproduce:*
# Prepare db only 1 FY
# open the FY
# edit and save the FY
*Issue:*
Trying to Close Fiscal periods prior to their Go Live in August. 2018/01-2018/07.
Getting the below error when trying to close period:

*Accepted:*
Should have no issue saving edited FY
