*Step to reproduce:*
# Go to GL account details
# click the Segments button
# Click import primary segment
# Under the company type, select the primary segments not yet existing in the current primary account
# click add selected
*Issue:*
After importing primaries from a CSV into a template, when you try to select all accounts and add them, it give the following error

10200 is the first account on the list. If I deslect that account and leave the rest selected it now shows that the 10250 (which is the next account on the list) is a duplicate

There are no primaries in the system right now so there cannot be duplicates

*Accepted:*
Importing not yet existing Primary account should be allowed.
