*Step to reproduce*
# Machine's time format or Customers Server date is set to dd/mm/yyyy format
# Dates in GL are stored with dd/mm/yyyy
# Company config is set to dd/mm/yyyy
# Create GJ posted in July 31 2017, one account 10100-0.
# Create GJ posted in August 8 2017 one Account 10100-0.
*Issue:*
* Using dates in dd/mm/yyyy or mm/dd/yyyy in the GL account detail screen will not load transactions

There should be transactions in this account for July, but neither date formats show anything

*Acceptance:*
Upon opening GL acccount ID 10100-0 date range 01-07-2017 to 31-07-2017 transaction in step 4 should appear.
