While the user is able to close the fiscal year, when saving, the following error appears:

Step to reproduce
# Open existing fical year.
# Select any month and edit any module's status (if close -> open it)
# click save
*Issue:* The message will prompt
*Accepted:* No error should prompt upons saving the edited FY.
