*Actual Result:* Rate turns 0, which is correct since there is no currency exchange yet
*Impovement:*
* Raise message box:
** "No exchange rate is setup for this date"
*** Button for "Setup rate"
**** Launch the rate screen with the currency pair selected
**** case would be they want to setup an account
*** Button for "Cancel"
**** On click of cancel go back to entry screen
**** Case would be they picked an incorrect currency
Dont allow save with Zero rate -
test a transaction with a total usd company to ensure it does not error
or a us company with a us dollar entry
