* There is an unposted transaction warning in GL
* This is to notify a user when the period is nearing a close or is closed and there are still transacitons to post
* The warning should launch the posting screen with a date filter of the end date of the first period that needs to be closed
so say the oldest period that was open was 12-31-2016
then when you launch the unposted warning the trasactions for that period should show up.
