We need to sync all the account amount lookups so that they can not be different.
The idea is that all these functions should call the same code. Do each of these call the same code and have the same wrapper? is this a function? What if a calculation changes - do we have to adjust three places?

* GL Account Detail inquiry
* FRD financial reports
* GL Account detail - Opening balance
