Created Recurring schedule does not conform with the GJ

Description ISSUE   Created Recurring schedule does not conform with the GJ Post Date. Looks like it is using the current system date   !pastedImage_d47866_0.png!   ACCEPTED   Should be based on GJ's Post Date
