The 17.1 version is a 1 year version.
* We need a very consistent import file layout from this version forward,
* If this import format changes hunreds of future customers will be impacted.
* customer have paid for integrations with other systems conforming to the format below.
Move currency rate type to the end of the detail file for GL import so if they leave it off there is no issue. That way people dont have to recode files that they built in prior versions - all new fields should be added to the end fo the transaction.
also - allow for import even if they leave the "Description lines off"
