Issue
currently everyone uses a different cobobox for selection of accounts without standardization
We need to create a common control for account selection - it should incorporate the following:
* Is the account inactive (display and red and prevent selection)
* Can you put a '-' automatically into the account automatically
* can you require the selection of one account category to limit the account selection
Criteria
* This combo box should be able to be used in different modules
* This should help you control what accounts are selected.
* this could be an extension of the standard combo box
