* When importing historic transactions it would be nice to be able to import them to inactive accounts (this will happen on most data conversions) and after importing we need to be able to post them.
*Option 1:*
Create a transaction type called historic import that would post to inactive accounts.
There could be a flag on the import screen that would say "Historic Journal (will post to inactive accounts)"
